How to Begin Eating Healthy: 5 Great Tips

To cook in bulk, it is important to add lean proteins and fruits and vegetables. It is important to set aside time each week to cook enough meals to last through the week. It is important to use healthy substitutions to make healthier versions of your favorite dishes.
